CDC Health Update:
Monkeypox in People with HIV, Children and Adolescents, and People who are Pregnant or Breastfeeding

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) issued a health update to alert clinicians that the CDC has issued clinical considerations for preventing, diagnosing, and managing monkeypox in people with HIV, children and adolescents, and people who are pregnant or breastfeeding. On Friday July 22, CDC reported the first two cases of monkeypox in children in the United States during the current outbreak.
