Customer Service Update

It's been an all-hands-on-deck team effort at Harmony Hall for the past few weeks, and we continue to see a huge increase in support request emails and phone calls. We're working to respond as quickly as possible in order to help our members, customers, and volunteer leaders keep things moving.

Here are a few tips to help us get to your question faster:
  • If you've left a message or sent an email, you're in the queue for help! Leaving multiple messages means more sorting for us and will slow down our response time.
  • We love a concise message, but be as specific as you can! Our Harmony Hall team members have specific areas of expertise and we want to get you to the correct person right away.
  • We've put together a list of resources to help with common questions. Take a look here first!
Our goal is to provide help and information as soon as possible... and right now the volume of requests prevents responding as quickly as we'd like. Thank you for your patience and words of encouragement while we work to catch up - your kindness makes our day!
