Happy March Mamas! 
You have all done such a great job of going to class despite Snowmaggedon and I hope that winter is getting it all out of it's system now so that when we move back outside April 1st we have a beautiful spring. 
GET FIT CHALLENGE Participants: keep up the awesome work! Our PT partner, Dr. Charlie, will be giving us a lot of good info on form correction and injury prevention very soon and I'm very excited to share it all with you. 
We have some exciting announcements, upcoming programs, new team members and other generally awesome things coming up in March so read on to stay in the know.

Did you know that the first Stroller Strides class is FREE? Be sure to check out our class schedule to find a location and class that is right for you.
We are finalizing our upcoming Body Back sessions which will include the Babyless Bootcamp pass option for those mamas that want a kid free HIIT workout.
Expecting? We offer our prenatal class, FIT4BABY, in the Wash Park area of Denver on Wednesday evenings. Your first class is free for FIT4BABY.

Who is it for: 
Everyone! Beginner runners, moms who haven't ran since having babies, moms who are not FIT4MOM members, moms who are FIT4MOM members, working moms, moms with or without strollers, moms who want the joy of running with an amazing community of women. Are you already comfortably running a 5K distance? Use this training to PR at the MD5K. We also welcome spouses, dads and partners and offer a discounted ad on for them. This specialty program is open to everyone!
