Oregon Population Forecast Program - Scheduling

The Oregon Population Forecast Program (OPFP) annually produces coordinated UGB and county forecasts for one region of the state. In December 2025, the Population Research Center will host the first of two public meetings leading up to the new population forecasts for Region 1 (Curry, Coos, Douglas, Josephine, Jackson, Klamath, Deschutes, Jefferson, Lake, Crook, Harney Counties).

At this Preliminary meeting, we will review the forecast program methodology, and results for state and counties. UGB-level results will be presented at the second meeting, in Spring 2026 (date and locations TBD).
