Ms. Bull, who assumed her role as CEO of The Consultative Group to Assist the Poor (CGAP) on September 1, 2015, comes from the International Finance Corporation (IFC). Ms. Bull has more than 15 years’ experience in development finance. In her most recent role as Manager in the IFC’s Financial Institutions Group (FIG) Advisory Services, Bull oversaw a large digital financial services program in sub-Saharan Africa. The program was aimed at expanding the reach of traditional and non-traditional financial service providers.
