Portland has entered Phase 1 of reopening and small businesses are taking on the daunting task of doing business in a world where COVID-19 is still a very real threat. This unprecedented event has lead to a lot of confusion around the best ways to keep both customers and employees safe, while still being able to offer a personal, enjoyable experience.
