9:00 - Dixon Ridge Farms - Organic walnut harvesting and processing
10:10 - University of California Davis - Department of Animal Sciences - Air quality and impact of livestock on the atmosphere
12:00 - Lunch at Historic Ryde Hotel
1:20 - Green & Hemly Packing Operation - Advances in apple and pear packing techniques
4:00 - Return to San Francisco by ~5PM
