Eleven offers traditionally made coffee, cold brew, espresso, fresh tea, pastries and much more. They also specialize in their distinct Vietnamese coffee. Favoring imported coffee beans from Vietnam over typical coffee beans, this drink offers a stronger kick with almost twice as much caffeine to give downtowners the energy to get through the day-to-day. Adding grounded beans then hot water to a small Vietnamese drip filter, the strong roast slowly drips on top of condensed milk. After about 10 minutes, the combo is stirred and added to a glass of ice for a strong, refreshing and slightly sweet beverage, perfect for a hot humid day in Vietnam or even a dry desert day here in the Old Pueblo.
