| Join Manual of Procedure Committee on Nov 17

One of the yearly meeting’s anti-racist queries is “How will we provide opportunities for those most likely to be directly affected by our decision to influence that decision?” Manual of Procedurecommittee sees inviting folks to attend online committee meetings as a way of providing opportunities. Our next meeting is set for 11/17/2025 at 7:00 p.m.; to get the Zoom information for the meeting, send a message to mop@bym-rsf.org.

Cripping Waiting Worship: Unlearning the Silence Around Ableism will explore the intersections of disability justice, disability theology, and Quaker spirituality. Drawing from personal experience growing up within the Religious Society of Friends, Greg Woods will reflect on the pervasive silence around disability within faith communities and the need to unlearn ableism embedded in our practices of worship, care, and community.
