Several of our Learning Center mentors participated in this year's celebration. Congratulations to all for a successful show!
Swathi Kannan, Drop-In Academic Mentor, shares: WashU Chaahat lit up the Diwali stage with a powerful Pandora’s Box–themed performance featuring over 30 dancers. The set blended Indian classical dance, vibrant Bhangra from Punjab, sharp hip-hop, and energetic South Indian styles to bring the myth of Pandora to life through movement. With unqiue choreography, seamless transitions, and expressive costumes, Chaahat captured the chaos, curiosity, and hope at the heart of this treasured Greek myth. The performance highlighted the team’s cultural range, technical skill, and the signature Bollywood-fusion creativity that makes Chaahat a standout on campus.
