Getting down to the basics:

Equipment, ingredients, & sanitization
2. BREW
Heat, malt, boil, hops, & chill
3. FERMENT
Pour, water, aerate, yeast, & seal
4. BOTTLE
Boil, transfer, fill, cap, & store
5. ENJOY!
Now that you're a homebrew master you can enter the California State Fair Homebrew Competition & you could be featured at the CA State Fair & Food Festival - July 17th - August 2nd, 2020!
Open to all California residents, 21 years and up.
