If you call the Facilities Help Desk, Melenda Escudero will be the one who answers the phone. In her role as help desk coordinator and account specialist, she creates work orders and assists the facilities team to address plumbing, custodial, HVAC, maintenance, grounds, and event needs on campus. She also handles purchasing and accounting duties for the department. When she’s not at work, Escudero enjoys photography, arts and crafts, baking, and spending time with her family and her dog. Her daughter is a local kindergarten teacher, and Escudero also makes time to volunteer in her classroom.
