PARKING ON CAMPUS
We get it — parking can be challenging, but it can be a little easier knowing which parking permit is the right fit for you. If you bought an annual permit in the fall, it will be good through the spring and summer, and allow you to legally park on campus. If you didn’t buy one for the fall and need a spring permit, determine which type of permit you need and use the UNT Parking Portal to purchase yours before the semester begins!

CAREER CONNECTIONS
The UNT Career Center is the place to visit with your future in mind. Whether you are a current student or a recent alum, the center can help you with resumes and cover letters, job interviews, internships and much more. If you are a current student or graduated as recently as one year ago, schedule an appointment through Navigate.

BE BRAVEN
And speaking of your future, starting this spring, UNT is proud to partner with nationally recognized nonprofit Braven – its first partnership in Texas – to strengthen career outcomes for students.
The Braven Career Accelerator course includes hands-on professional development, mentorship and access to a growing national network of career-ready peers. Students who complete the course, who are known as Braven Fellows, also receive opportunities to develop leadership and career-readiness skills, engage in a professional network, and stay on track to secure strong internships and jobs or continue on to graduate school.
The course, UCRS 1300: Exploring Majors and Careers through Self-Discovery, is open to all undergraduate students but especially recommended for sophomores, juniors and transfer students. Learn more about the partnership and speak with your advisor about registering for this course today!

WINTER WISDOM
Though the outside temperatures may feel otherwise, it’s officially winter, and with that comes the threat of winter storms. In case of a weather-related campus closure, you will receive an Eagle Alert to notify you, so be sure your contact information is up to date in my.unt.edu.
