We made it to May! As the school year draws to a close, this will be your last District Leader Checklist of the 2024-2025 season. Thank you so much for all of your hard work this year. Your commitment to the speech and debate community—whether through running tournaments, recruiting new schools, mentoring coaches, or keeping your district organized—has made a lasting impact. We know the role isn’t always easy, and we’re incredibly grateful for your leadership and time.

Please note that service citations recognizing your contributions as a district leader will be added to your NSDA account in July. If you’re attending the National Tournament, don’t forget to RSVP to the District Leader Luncheon—we’d love for you to attend! In the meantime, we hope you find a moment to celebrate all that your district has accomplished this season.
