What's changing? Currently, regular Equinox Support business hours are 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM (Central) Monday through Friday. Beginning in 2024, business hours end at 4:00 PM (Central).
When does the change occur? Until 2023 ends, regular Equinox Support business hours remain 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM (Central). Beginning the first business day of 2024 (January 2), regular Equinox Support business hours are 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (Central).
What if I need to schedule a call with Equinox Support between 4PM - 5PM (Central)? Please reach out to Equinox Support (or by phone at (615) 612-1225) and we can work with you to schedule a support call during that time. We are here to help you!
How does this change affect after hours support? As always, Equinox provides support outside regular business hours for emergencies. Just as before, If you need EMERGENCY support after Equinox Support closes, call (615) 612-1225, press 1 when prompted, and leave a message. To ensure faster service, state your phone number twice (at the start and end of your message) to help us respond quickly rather than researching who/where to call.
