Human Rights Awards Luncheon

The Portland Human Rights Commission honors the memory and human rights legacy of Emily G. Gottfried by recognizing human rights champions in our community.

We will present the Lifetime Achievement Award to Sharon Gary-Smith, the Outstanding Organization Award to Western States Center, and the Emerging Leader Award to Chanpone Sinlapasai-Okamura.
