Speaker - Corynn Gilbert, Ph.D. - Director of Development
As the Director of Development, Corynn’s primary role is to build strong bonds with alumni, donors, churches, and friends of Bushnell University on behalf of the University Advancement office. She provides strategic leadership for university fundraising initiatives, including campaigns, annual giving, and endowment giving. She represents the University in a community relations capacity and maintains an active profile of corporate sponsorship relationships. Corynn also serves as Editor-in-Chief of The Beacon, the magazine of Bushnell University.

Corynn has worked in higher education since 1995 and has a breadth of experience working in many types of universities and across multiple campus divisions. She brings a passion for Christ-centered higher education to her work and is proud to share the Bushnell vision and mission with others.

We are working on our election process for the 2025-2026 Rotary Year. According to our handbook, we are supposed to have our slate of candidates ready to vote upon by early December. If you want to run for the board (which will also include heading a committee), please let us know soon. You can also nominate someone for these roles.
We are looking for the following for the upcoming Rotary Year, which starts July 1st, 2026:

- Resource Director (oversees the administration of our various committees).

HIV Alliance Fundraiser - World AIDS Day-Lane County
Where: Farmers Market Pavilion
When: Friday, December 5th @ 5PM
Join us to show solidarity, remembrance, to raise awareness and provide a powerful call of support for those impacted by HIV/AIDS. This event is a partnership with the Lane Arts Council and First Friday Art Walk. We will honor local individuals and organizations for their contributions to HIV Care and Prevention.
