Annual Session Planning is in Full Swing!
|
Submit Your Workshop for Annual Session!
BYM Program Committee is seeking Workshop proposals for Annual Session 2023. The Proposal application form is NOW OPEN. The deadline for proposals is Feb 28th.
Annual Session Bookstore
In 2023, the Annual Session Bookstore will offer a Used Book Section. To help with gathering books, Friends are asked to search your shelves for up to 10 New or Like New books which you would like to donate. Peg Hansen plans to gather books at the next 2 interim meetings or donations can be dropped off at the Yearly Meeting Office.
Vendor Search 2023
At this coming Annual Session, we are reaching out to all our artistic Friends in search of those interested in being a vendor in the Bookstore. We invited you to offer your items for sale, including things we’ve had in the past (quilted items, pottery, cultural items, independently published materials, etc.) but we also welcome all the crafts you may have developed during our time away from Annual Session for the last several years. The application process is easy, and there is plenty of space for all. Contact the Bookstore Manager at bookstore@bym-rsf.org.
