All patients use the main door and there is a separate waiting room for those with respiratory symptoms (fever, cough, shortness of breath, sore throat, etc.). All persons entering the building are required to wear a mask and temperatures will be taken when people walk in. General screening questions will be asked, i.e., fever in last 24 hours, cough, shortness of breath, recent known exposure, etc. Due to limiting the number of people in the waiting room, no visitors can come with the patient. Students will be asked to provide YSU ID, Driver’s license and insurance card (if they have it).
