Authorizing Employers to Make COVID-19 Support Payments to Their Employees
Authorizing the consideration of an individual as able to work, available to work, actively seeking work, and accepting suitable work if that individual has been temporarily furloughed by an employer and remains available to work only for that employer; and causing COVID-19 Support Payments to not reduce or delay the unemployment benefits that an otherwise eligible individual would be entitled to receive.
