New Kiosk Mode / Remote Intake Features

We've received rave reviews of the newly released Kiosk Mode, part of the Pro Features for CharityTracker and Oasis Insight.


As we continually improve our solutions through feedback from you, we're excited to announce the following new features for Kiosk Mode:

Digital Client Release of Information

This feature streamlines intake by directly allowing the client to review and digitally sign the release of information for your network.

Instructions:


  • Click the [Kiosk] button in your network
  • Click the [Manage Kiosk Settings] button
  • Check the box for "Enable Client Release of Information and Accept Digital Signature"
  • Click the [Save Changes] button
  • Done! You're all set!

Request Client Documents

Save time by requesting that your clients upload documents during intake. These uploaded documents will appear under the [Documents] tab for the case.

Instructions:


  • Click the [Kiosk] button in your network
  • Click the [Manage Kiosk Settings] button
  • Click the [Documents] tab
  • Add one or more requested documents
  • Click the [Save Changes] button
  • Done! You're all set!

SMS (Text) Kiosk Verification Option

Give your clients the opportunity to verify by SMS (Text) if they don't have an available email address.

Instructions:


  • Click the [Kiosk] button in your network
  • Click the [Manage Kiosk Settings] button
  • Select your desired option in the dropdown labeled "Client Verification Options For Remote Intake"
  • Click the [Save Changes] button
  • Done! You're all set!

Improved Notifications for Client Submissions

Rather than sending notifications to all agents, you now have the option to send the email notifications to specific agents. 

Instructions:


  • Click the [Kiosk] button in your network
  • Click the [Manage Kiosk Settings] button
  • Select your desired option in the dropdown labeled "Email Notifications For Remote Intake Submissions"
  • Click the [Save Changes] button
  • Done! You're all set!
Additional Improvements:

  • Enable/Disable Entry of Household Members
    Within the [Demographics] section of Kiosk Settings, there is a new checkbox to control if you want clients to enter information about their household members.

  • Hide or Require Income/Expenses
    Our staff can now configure income and/or expenses to be visible, required, or hidden. Let us know if you need us to make this adjustment for you.

  • COMING SOON // Multi-Language Support
    We're actively researching the ability for clients to translate Kiosk Mode into their primary language.

  • COMING SOON // Enhanced Confirmation Screen
    We've been getting feedback that it would be a well-received enhancement to deliver the Client ID card to the client once they have submitted their information. Stay tuned!
