Beat the heat! Bring a reusable water bottle and stay hydrated. Bottle refill stations and drinking fountains will be marked on campus maps in the Nats23 app (available in June). You likely need to drink more water than usual to combat high temperatures!
Protect yourself from the sun.
Pack comfortable shoes and layers. AC will run high inside to keep you cool. Campuses feature multiple building layouts that require going outdoors to move from building to building. Remove layers if possible before going outdoors.
If you need medical attention at the tournament, nurses or EMTs are available at each competition venue. Be aware of symptoms of heat exhaustion and heat stroke and seek medical attention immediately if you believe you are affected.
