HANDLING AND TRANSPORTATION OF BODIES and REPORTING OF COVID-19 DIAGNOSTIC TEST RESULTS

The Codifier of Rules has approved emergency rule 10A NCAC 41A .0107 adopted by the Commission for Public Health. The emergency rule is effective on September 25, 2020. Read the rule here: 10A NCAC 41A .0107 REPORTING OF COVID-19 DIAGNOSTIC TEST RESULTS.

10A NCAC 13F requires licensed Adult Care Homes to follow the Communicable Disease Control rules found in 41A.
