The Sinha Innovation Lab for Data Science
   NEW INNOVATION LAB
UNT’s data science program is getting a major upgrade! Alumnus Dr. Vikas Sinha and his wife, Anuradha, have committed $2.15 million to create The Sinha Innovation Lab for Data Science. The lab will expand student research opportunities and support cutting-edge tech projects within the Anuradha and Vikas Sinha Department of Data Science.
The Sinhas’ latest gift builds on the $3 million they gave last year to help launch the department and fund scholarships, research and faculty positions.

   DENTON ACTIVITIES
Denton summers bring the heat, but there are plenty of cool spots around town to swim it off. The city has several public pools now open, including Water Works Park, the Natatorium and the Civic Center Pool. If you’re looking for something new, The Cove at The Lakefront near Little Elm features indoor slides and a surf machine.
These are just a few of the many activities available around town!
