"There is just something energizing about starting off your day with physical activity. And the Y is a great place to do just that! While my training sessions at 5am meet that physical component of wellness, they also cater nicely to the social and emotional areas of wellness as I make time to reset my focus and start my day. Engaging in conversations with others at the Y, getting to know them and encouraging each other as we set and work towards goals is a given as we have created this culture of “family”. My husband and children love the Y as well! The many options that the Y offers (like the pool, basketball courts, free weights, classes, etc.) have been wonderful for us as they promote wellness and healthy life-long habits"
