LLS TOGETHER Update Digest: LLS COVID Testing Center, Shuttle & More
Welcome to the third week of the fall semester! Here's a recap of recent important campus updates:
- LLS COVID Testing Center: The LLS COVID Testing Center, located in Burns Lounge on the first floor of the Burns Building, is open Monday through Thursday from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. and 5-6 p.m. Reservations are required. LLS community members may sign up for a test using the registration form. More>>
- LLS Shuttle: LLS Shuttle service resumed today, running Monday-Friday except for school holidays. Between 7 a.m.-3 p.m. the shuttle loops continuously between Wilshire & Figueroa and LLS. Between 3-6:30 p.m., scheduled departures run from LLS to the downtown stop approximately every 15 minutes. Between 6:20-10:20 p.m., rides are provided upon request by calling 213-798-0350. More>>
- COVID Dashboard: The LLS COVID Dashboard is now available at www.lls.edu/coviddashboard. It reflects lab-confirmed COVID-19 cases for individuals who have been on the LLS campus or participated in an approved LLS activity during their infectious period. It also counts and tracks isolation and/or quarantine for LLS students, employees, contract employees and visitors who have ongoing access to campus. More>>

| YJEC Contributes to 'Know Your Rights' Guide As Schools ReopenThe LLS Youth Justice Education Clinic (YJEC) joined the National Center for Youth Law (NCYL), Children Now, ACLU foundations in California and other education-focused organizations to release a know-your-rights guide to distance learning in California's public school system for the 2021-2022 school year. The Human Resources office maintains virtual workshops for staff. They include Becoming Indistractable, Skills for Inclusive Conversation, One Minute Habits for Success, Mission 101: Do You Speak Ignatian?, Speaking Confidently & Effectively, LMU Service Standards, Getting Things Done and many other programs. HR also offers online workshops for supervisors, including Supporting Your Team as Offices Reopen, Leading & Motivating People with Different Personalities, Communicating to Drive People to Take Action, Leadership Mindsets, Body Language for Leaders and more.
