- Students entered in Tabroom — No additional action needed to secure a badge.
- Judges entered in Tabroom — No additional action needed to secure a badge.
-
Coaches who are not judging — Additional action needed. Coaches must be entered in the General tab and toggled to On Site to secure a badge.

All other individuals — Additional action needed. Attendees must be entered in the Attendees section of the Judging & Attendees tab in Tabroom to secure a badge.
Please follow these instructions to add your coaches and attendees by Friday, May 31!
Adding Coaches » Any coach attending with your school should be added on the General page on your Tabroom.com registration and toggled to On Site to make sure they receive a badge. This is also where you indicate who should be contacted in an emergency, who should receive emails, and who should be listed on your team's public roster for the tournament. To add coaches:
- Log in to Tabroom.com.
- Visit the General tab of your National Tournament registration.
-
Add additional coaches from the dropdown for your roster or by entering their Tabroom.com email. All coaches must have a Tabroom.com email.
- Select Add to include them on the list.
- Set the appropriate conditions for each coach by toggling the bars to green Ys.

Adding Attendees » Anyone who is not a coach, student, or judge already entered in Tabroom must be logged as an attendee! This includes chaperones, parents, siblings, etc., over the age of 12. All these individuals must have or create Tabroom.com accounts. Without this information, attendees will not receive a ribbon/badge to be able to enter tournament venues. Ribbons may be requested for children under the age of 13 during in-person registration; their registration in advance is not required. Coaches and students should chat to make sure all attendees are captured in Tabroom! To add attendees, coaches will:
1. Have the attendees create accounts on Tabroom.com.
2. Log in to Tabroom.com.
3. Visit the Judging & Attendees section of the tournament registration.
4. Select the button to Add Attendee.
|
5. Enter their Tabroom email in the Tabroom Account section. While the label on this page says Add a judge on this screen, the system knows they are an attendee and it says such on the right side.
6. Select Save Details to confirm.

Transportation at Nationals
|
Iowa Events Center » Parking is $12/day at the large outdoor lot near the Center. Upon arrival, the booth agent will give attendees a voucher that allows in and out privileges that day. Bus parking is also available and allowed overnight. In addition, there is metered street parking (free on Sundays) and some city ramps for $10 that are within walking distance.
School Transportation » Transportation is primarily up to each individual program. The exception is that a shuttle will be available at the Waukee High School venue where events will take place in three adjacent, walkable buildings: Waukee High School, Waukee Middle School, and Prairieview School. Reference the end of this email for details.
Pre-Planning » If your schedule allows, we recommend teams reference the schedule to drive to the competition venues before their first morning of competition to become familiar with the daily route and expected travel times.
Vehicle Rental » A discount code for Hertz is available on our website.

Upcoming Judge Swap Window
|
You will be able to check your school’s judging assignments by day and event during the Judging Swap Window from Thursday, June 13 to Saturday, June 15 at 12:00 p.m. (noon) CT. There is no way to enter judge availability until the window opens. During the swap window, you will have a limited ability to swap your judges in Tabroom between the days your school has been assigned to accommodate their availability and ensure all of the days your school is obligated to judge in an event are covered. We understand that it can be hard to manage judge schedules, and we hope that this process will allow you the flexibility to schedule judging on the days and in the buildings that work best for you and your team! We will notify you when the window opens. Learn more about judging requirements »
