Mark your calendar! The annual Club Officer & Club Leader Training will take place on Thursday, October 29, 6-8pm, at Fair Park Pavilion.

Please encourage your club members and volunteers to complete their 4-H Online enrollment for the 2026-2027 4-H year by November 1, 2026.

Step-by-step instructions are available in the 4-H Family Enrollment Guide for both youth and adult enrollments.

If families do not have reliable internet access, invite them to re-enroll at the 4-H Open House on September 10. Laptops will be available, and 4-H volunteers and staff will be there to answer questions and provide assistance.

We are excited to start the new 4-H year and look forward to 4-H members, families, and volunteers coming together as a great 4-H community!!

Good news for club leaders: the Annual Financial Report (AFR) and Charter Application have been combined into one simplified 4-page form. The new form is called the Annual Authorization for Wisconsin 4-H Clubs and Groups.

This streamlined process makes it easier to complete required annual club paperwork. Club leaders can work together to complete the form by:

The completed form is due by September 1, 2026. Note that Ron will be at the September 2nd Leaders Association meeting, and can accept your completed form at this meeting. Forms may also be submitted by email, mail, or dropped off at the Extension office by appointment Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
