Reminders from the nurse office:
1. If your child receives daily medications, please have a parent or guardian pick up any remaining medicines by May 21, 2024. Students will not be allowed to sign out their own medications.
2. Any Parents with students who have emergency medicines (epi pen, diabetes supplies, etc.) need to contact the nurse office for a plan to bring medications/supplies home for the summer.
3. Over the summer is a good time to visit your pediatrician to update immunizations as well as complete the over the counter, or daily medication forms. The forms may be found on the website under the Students and Parents tab: ULS resources: authorization, consent, incident, and permission forms. Without these forms, the nurse office cannot administer medication to your student.
