IS930.1 tablet

i.Safe MOBILE GmbH, one of the world’s leading developers of mobile communication devices in the hazardous zone 1/21, is releasing the IS930.1.

The IS930.1 combines the indestructible robustness of an IP-certified tablet with ATEX and IECEx approvals for safe use in hazardous environments. It can be used in the oil, petrochemical, pharmaceutical and food industries as well as in mining, public utilities, municipalities and energy suppliers, among others. The IS930.1 comes with an 8″ large screen and is powered by Qualcomm’s 2.2 GHz octa-core processor. The device runs on Android 9 and can be updated to the latest Android version without any problems. Support for the LTE band and the current Wi-Fi standards ensures fast internet connections.

The robust tablet can also be controlled via Bluetooth 5.0 or NFC. The IS930.1 can easily connect to Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) devices of today and tomorrow. The IS930.1 has 4 GB RAM and 64 GB (of which 54 GB are available) internal memory, which can be expanded by a further 128 GB via microSD.

The IS930.1 is IP68-rated Pictures and videos taken with the 13 MP main camera or the 5 MP front camera with various sensors for location, acceleration, gravity, gyroscope, ambient light, humidity, temperature and air pressure as well as the magnetic sensor complete the equipment package.

The IS930.1 is Push-to-Talk (PTT)-Ready and has a sole operator protection function (third party application required).

i.Safe IS-TH

The ergonomic designed trigger handle IS-TH in connection with the IS530-series smart phone will combine the latest smart phone technology of the IS530-series with the industrial proven scanner technology from Zebra, which makes the IS530 smart phone a multifunctional tool. This integration does not require wireless communication nor additional batteries to be charged.
