Bombolé & Ike's Coffee and Tea
Bombolé is the creation of Jackie Sharma, who has fused Latin and Indian flavors in tasty empanadas with refreshing teas and lemonades. She was born in Honduras and moved to Tucson at the age of 17. Her husband's family is of Indian descent and her passion for cooking has grown into what Bombolé is today. Jackie has also owned neighboring Ike's Coffee and Tea for many years and continues to run these businesses alongside her husband. At Ike's, you can find bakery treats and breakfast, grab-and-go empanadas from Bombolé, a lunch menu of fresh sandwiches and salads, and unique and classic coffee drinks and teas made by the baristas at Ike's Coffee and Tea. Both businesses are located at 100 N. Stone Avenue on the ground floor of the Pioneer Building.
