Teacher Spotlight, Part 2! 


Last Friday we introduced educator Skipper Coates, also known as the Real Ms. Frizzle on social media, and Part 1 of her resource to help students and fellow educators better understand vaccines.  This week we are finishing up with Part 2!  Through the use of her fun comics, Coates is hoping to educate students on the COVID-19 vaccine and how it uses mRNA to create antibodies. While there is more to immunology than these comics can capture, these images help simplify the information for students and educators.

Coates has also provided a free Google Slides lesson highlighting her fun comics for teachers to use in their classrooms!
