Dr. Anitha Chennamaneni, Professor of Computer Information Systems, is a Beck Family Senior Faculty Fellow and Dean of the Graduate School at Texas A&M University–Central Texas. She also serves as the Director of the Center for Cybersecurity Innovation. Her expertise includes cybersecurity, encryption, cryptography, and digital forensics. She is currently the lead PI on multiple cybersecurity projects funded by federal agencies, including the U.S. Air Force, DHS, and NSF.

Dr. Juan Garay, Professor of Computer Science & Engineering at the Texas A&M Engineering Experiment Station, is an Associate Director of the Texas A&M Global Cyber Research Institute. His research expertise spans both the foundational and applied aspects of cryptography and information security, including cryptographic protocols, secure multiparty computation (SMPC), and cryptocurrency blockchain. Dr. Garay is a Fellow of the International Association for Cryptologic Research and has received numerous awards for his research, including the Thomas A. Edison Patent, IBM Outstanding Technical Achievement, IBM Research Division, and Bell Labs Teamwork awards.

Crosby, Associate Professor of Engineering Technology & Industrial Distribution at the Texas A&M Engineering Experiment Station, is Director of the Emerging Networks and Security (ENaS) Lab. Dr. Crosby serves on the editorial board of the International Journal of Security and Networks and is a Senior Member of IEEE.

Dr. Katherine Davis is an Associate Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the Texas A&M Engineering Experiment Station, where she is Director of the Cyber-Physical Modeling and Analysis (CPMA) Research Group. Her research focuses on large-scale modeling, analysis, and simulation of cyber-physical power systems—especially security-oriented control system analysis. Dr. Davis is a Senior Member of IEEE and a licensed Professional Engineer in Texas.

Dr. Swaminathan Gopalswamy, Research Professor of Mechanical Engineering at the Texas A&M Engineering Experiment Station, currently serves as Director of the Connected Autonomous Safe Technologies (CAST) Research Laboratory. His application-driven, multidisciplinary research investigates the security, safety, and reliability of cyber-physical, autonomous, and embedded systems. This work includes health monitoring for cyber-physical systems and cybersecurity for autonomous vehicles.

Dr. Eman Hammad is an Assistant Professor of Engineering Technology & Industrial Distribution at the Texas A&M Engineering Experiment Station, where she is Director of the iSTAR Lab at Texas A&M. Dr. Hammad Eman combines practical experience and theoretical research to develop secure and resilient cyber-physical systems, next-generation power systems, and future networks. Dr. Hammad was awarded the IEEE Exceptional Service, Communication Society Chapter Achievement, and Best Paper awards. She was also named ITW Canada’s Top 20 Women in Cybersecurity in 202.1

This work includes PRISM (Policy-Regulated Investigative Segmentation for Ethical Digital Forensics), an ethics-first, agentic AI for triaging large evidence sets.

Dr. Murray E. Jennex is Clinical & Gensler Professor of Computer Information Systems at West Texas A&M University. Recognized among the top 2% of scientists cited worldwide by Stanford/Elsevier, his research includes information systems, cybersecurity, and cybercrime. Dr. Jennex received a Soroptimist HERO award for fighting human trafficking in 2018 for his research on identifying victims of human sex trafficking in online ads, the methodology for which has been shared with law enforcement agencies across the country.

Dr. Lee has developed and administered large-scale surveys to examine victimization patterns, help-seeking behaviors, and the emotional and cultural dynamics of intimate partner violence and cyber abuse.

Dr. Ayush Goyal is an Associate Professor of Computer Science and the Director of the AI-Cyb Lab at Texas A&M University–Kingsville. Dr. Goyal has led several grants funded by DHS and NSF centered on cybersecurity education and workforce training.

Brown, J.D., is a Professor of the Practice in International Affairs and leads the Cyber Policy Concentration at the Bush School of Government and Public Service at Texas A&M University. He previously served as a cyber policy strategist in the DoD Joint Staff Strategy, Plans, and Policy Division. Professor Brown has written extensively on cyber warfare, AI, and influence operations and was the U.S. observer for the drafting of the Tallinn Manual on the International Law Applicable to Cyber Warfare.

Fox serves as Executive Director of the Center for Applied Communications and Networks at The Texas A&M University System, which advances communications and network technologies to enhance public safety, defense, and critical infrastructure. Mr. Fox brings more than four decades of experience in telecommunications and systems engineering, designing and supporting some of the largest communication networks in the world. He helped build one of the largest PBX systems in the country in response to the breakup of the Bell System supported one of the first sites of the new NSFnet—the foundation of the Internet as we know it today.
