Ralph Lauren Benefits Service Center is Live!

We are excited to announce that our Benefits Service Center is now live! The Benefits Service Center is supported by Benefitfocus, the same company that hosts our benefits enrollment platform. This means representatives at the Benefits Service Center have visibility to your Benefits elections and can answer questions specific to you.

Experienced Benefits representatives who are experts on our Ralph Lauren programs are just one call or email away! They can:
       - Answer your questions about Benefits
       - Explain Benefit offerings, including differences in medical plans
       - Assist with enrollment (new hire, qualified life events, open enrollment)
       - Review your current elections with you
       - Change your HSA contribution
       - Connect you to Benefit vendors
Call to speak with a live representative at 855.312.7363, available Monday through Friday, 8 am to 8 pm EST. Language services are available for employees who prefer to speak to a representative in a language other than English, or email RLBenefits@benefitfocus.com.

Do's and Don’ts After Getting the COVID-19 Vaccine

Navigating the do's and don'ts of post-vaccine life can be confusing. The CDC has come out with some helpful recommendations.
The CDC recommends:
  • You know what date you are considered fully vaccinated. Just because you have received all required doses for your particular vaccine does not mean you have reached peak immunity. Generally, this is two weeks after your final shot.
  • These activities are safe for fully vaccinated people:
    1. Visiting inside a home or private setting without a mask with other fully vaccinated people of any age.
    2. Travel domestically without a pre-or post-travel test.
    3. Attending small gatherings
The CDC does not recommend:
  • Visiting indoors, without a mask, with people at increased risk for severe illness from COVID-19
  • Attending medium or large gatherings.
While these recommendations apply to your home life, it is important to note that places such as grocery stores and restaurants will continue to have their own guidelines. Here at Ralph Lauren, on-site health and safety protocols will remain in place. Visit the CDC website for more information about post-vaccine life.

Mobile Mammograms Coming Onsite in June

Mammograms are key to discovering breast cancer in its early stages when it's easiest to treat. In order to screen for breast cancer, women should have a mammogram every year beginning at age 40. For the convenience of Ralph Lauren employees, Invision Diagnostics will be bringing their Mobile 3D Mammography to you at the High Point Location on June 8,  the Kernersville location on June 15 and the Beechwood location on June 17. All images will be compared to previous year’s images and will be read by a Breast Fellowship Board Certified Radiologist, and sent to the patients’ primary care provider. Please bring your Insurance card and driver’s license with you to your appointment.
