Youth Officer Training: All youth officers are asked to complete the registration form

All club officers are asked to complete the Youth Officer Training registration form by Oct. 25, whether or not they can attend the training.

Training Details

• Thursday, October 29, 2026

• 5:45-6:00 p.m. | Sign-in and materials pick-up

• 6:00-7:30 p.m. | Youth Officer Training

• 7:30-8:00 p.m. | Optional video interviews

• Location: Washington County Fair Park

This will be a fun, fast-paced, and informative training designed to help youth officers succeed in their club officer role.

If a youth can't attend, please have them complete this form anyway and select the option: "I can't attend, but I'm excited to be a club officer!"

This helps us keep accurate records and share important information with all officers.

Have you signed up for the October 29 Club Leader Meeting?

All 4-H club leaders are invited to attend the Countywide 4-H Club Leader Meeting on Thursday, October 29, from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. at the Washington County Fair Park. The meeting will be held alongside the Youth Officer Training, making it a great opportunity for both youth and adult volunteers to engage in countywide 4-H leadership development.

Join us to receive county and state 4-H updates, learn about upcoming programs and events, exchange ideas with fellow club leaders, and ask questions. Your feedback and perspectives are important as we plan for the future of Washington County 4-H. We encourage every club to have at least one representative attend.

NEW!! 4-H Club Leader Topic Sessions

Club Leader Topic Sessions give Washington County 4-H leaders a regular opportunity to share ideas, ask questions, learn from one another, and leave with practical things they can use in their own clubs.

November 19, 6:30-8:00pm at PAC - Stronger Club Meetings & Youth Leadership: Make club meetings engaging, organized, and youth-led.
January18, 6:30-8:00pm at PAC - Making the Most of the 4-H Year: Turn club expectations into meaningful learning and service opportunities.
April 19, 6:30-8:00pm at PAC - Club Finances, Fair Readiness & Family Support: Keep the club financially sound and help families navigate 4-H.
August 19, 6:30-8:00pm at PAC - Building an Engaged, Supported Club: Help members and volunteers feel involved, valued, and motivated to return.
