We love what we do at Equinox. Not only do we have a great work environment, but we are also privileged to work with the best and brightest individuals in telecom. In direct support of this point, the latest ‘Customer Spotlight’ shines on Shelly Stork.
Shelly became an Equinox customer in the summer of 2010 when her company selected TeleLink for mediation and reporting. Involved from day one, Shelly jumped right into the application’s reporting module. By the time she attended her first TeleLink User Group Meeting (TUGM) in the spring of 2011, it was clear she had mastered this functionality. For 8 years now, Shelly has used TeleLink daily for mediating all the company’s call records, subpoena reporting, internal billing with partners, analysis, and troubleshooting. Shelly says, “TeleLink is great and easy to use. Its ability to drill down into data is tremendous! The biggest benefit is additional insight and visibility into information that we wouldn’t otherwise have. For instance, we can see more clearly how customers are using our service.”
With 18 years of telecom experience, Shelly has worked with lots of vendors, so, it’s very rewarding to hear that ease of communication, responsiveness, and excellent support put Equinox firmly at the top of her vendors’ list! Shelly adds that, “while most service organizations say they are committed to customers, Equinox clearly has demonstrated that they mean it! I’m extraordinarily impressed with their support.”
When she’s not using TeleLink to dissect customer data, Shelly loves to travel. She’s visited multiple countries and several continents. Since she’s a history and theater buff, it’s no surprise London is Shelly’s favorite destination. She’s also trekked to exotic locales like Aruba. Her stateside trips include a recent jaunt to Washington, D.C. with her youngest nephew. Shelly relishes her role as favorite aunt and is an avid follower of both her nephews’ activities.
Equinox appreciates the opportunity to work with Shelly the last 8 years. We are especially grateful for her knowledge of TeleLink and comments regarding the application, which benefit the entire TeleLink user base. Many thanks, Shelly!
