As you’ve seen and heard from Team NGLCC & NGLCCNY, The NGLCC entered into a 20-year partnership with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts to certify LGBT businesses for inclusion in their expanded Supplier Diversity Program (SDP).  As part of this agreement, certified LGBTBEs are allowed the opportunity to be included in the Massachusetts Supplier Diversity Office diverse supplier list, which will be used by public entities in the Commonwealth and their prime contractors when seeking diverse business partners. 

As a certified LGBTBE, you are now eligible to register yourself directly to be included in the SDP diverse supplier list. You do not need to be located in Massachusetts to register.

Please note that when registering, you will be requested to send them similar information that you have already submitted for your LGBTBE certification.

If you would like to register your business directly to the Commonwealth, please:

1)  Visit this website with instructions and forms on how to submit your certification for registration.

2)  Fill out this form, attach your valid NGLCC LGBTBE certification.

3) Print and mail to: Supplier Diversity Office, One Ashburton Place, Room 1017, Boston, MA 02108. 

By registering your business with the Commonwealth, you authorize the Supplier Diversity Office of the Operational Services Division (OSD) of the Commonwealth to: Accept your certification from the NGLCC for purposes of conducting business with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a LGBT Business Enterprise (LGBTBE); Request additional information from the NGLCC as needed to confirm your businesses certification; and list your company name in the SDO certification directory as a LGBTBE.

The SDO will include this information (except for your business Federal Employer ID # (FEIN or SSN) which will remain private) in their certified vendor list. SDO employees shall adhere to OSD privacy policy in handling your business Federal Employer ID #. The SDO will use your businesses contact information that you provide to them in order to communicate with your business.
