College can create a lot of pressure to have it all figured out and feel like a constant question mark. Am I choosing the right major? Am I doing enough? Is this going to matter?
A skill-building mindset offers a healthier, less stressful way to approach these questions by shifting the focus from job titles and outcomes to the transferable skills you’re developing along the way.

Meal prep can be a valuable life skill that supports occupational wellness by helping you manage busy weeks with more consistency and less stress. Preparing meals or ingredients ahead of time can reduce daily decision-making, support steady energy levels, and make it easier to stay engaged at work or school.
