Lower School Take Home Project: We have three pieces of art work that need hardware added for hanging. Pieces need to be picked up from Science Lab. Hardware will need to be purchased. Please contact cockerham_h@hcde.org for details.
Lower School Friday Afternoon Odds and Ends: Afterschool Hours. Please email cockerham_h@hcde.org if you are in need of hours and would like to work afterschool (3:30-5:00) on Fridays. Jobs will be made available starting 3/24.
Upper and Lower School. If you are interested in photographing the Q3 exhibits & setting up a folder of the pictures by grade level on Google Drive, please contact Rachel Carroll via email, carroll_rachel@hcde.org. This can be done with your cell phone.

SACC Spring Break Spring Break is approaching fast, please remember that school is closed April 3rd through April 6th for Spring Break and April 7th for Good Friday. If your child will need child care those days, please see the Site Director at your child’s school to sign up. The deadline for signing up is Wednesday, March 29th, this allows us to plan staffing according to the number of children signed up to attend. Children must be currently registered for child care to attend.
Children that are not signed up for Spring Break and Good Friday will not be allowed to attend.
Children signed up to attend will need a lunch and drink. An afternoon snack will be provided.
Fee is $20.00 for the day.

Kindergarten needs small, recycled items like paper towel rolls, small boxes, plastic lids and tops to twistable pouches, etc for Q4 exhibit. We do not need big cardboard boxes! Please send them in as you gather them labeled kindergarten so staff will know where to send it.

Middle School Track and Field: We will have a parent meeting after practice Monday, March 20th at 5:00pm. Team rosters and schedules are posted on the Normal Park website by clicking here. Students are not allowed to stay on campus between school and lacrosse unless they are with a teacher and administration is aware.

Lightning Track: Coach John Dorough and assistant Tiffany Phillips. Practices the first two weeks will be held at GPS on Monday and Wednesday from 6-7pm. Please complete the registration form if you plan to attend the evaluation. All student athletic must have an up physical (dated after 4/15/22), complete all forms within Dragonfly, and be cleared before running in the first meet.

Summer Reach Enrollment Now Open
Enroll your child for four weeks of fun and learning. The Reach program operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 - 2:00 for elementary school and 9:00 am - 1:00 pm for middle school. The program is entirely free. Students will receive a free lunch every day and transportation will be provided. Each day students will have instruction in reading and math, time for physical activity, and innovation, and hands-on activities. All students will attend at least one field trip as an attendance incentive.
