Starting July 1, Oregonians in all counties are required to wear a face covering whenever they are in a public space such as a gym, retail space or grocery store. The governor is also encouraging Oregonians to keep Fourth of July celebrations small and local, in an attempt to not increase the spread of COVID-19 over the holiday weekend.
