4-H Online 2.0 Registration- Opens Monday, October 5 The moment everyone has been waiting for! Families will be able to register in the new system Monday, October 5. For step-by-step instructions please click here.
If you need help please reach out to us and we can help answer questions! This system is new so please be patient while enrolling for the 2020-2021 4-H year.

Livestock JudgingWe are happy to announce that registration is open for the 2020 Wisconsin 4-H Virtual Livestock Judging Contest on Sunday, October 18, 2:30-6:00 pm.
Juniors (grades 3-8, age 8-13) and Seniors (grades 9-13, age 14-19) are invited to register as individuals to participate and display their livestock evaluation skills in this competitive educational experience. Youth will judge classes and enter placings through www.LivestockJudging.com. Seniors will present oral reasons via Zoom. Juniors and Seniors will also answer questions for a portion of the classes through Livestockjudging.com.
*With the cancellation of all national 4-H livestock judging contests in 2020 These will be stand-alone, non-qualifying state educational contests.

Congratulations-Junior Dairy Judging TeamOn Saturday, August 29, Virtual Wisconsin state junior dairy judging competition, four Fond du Lac County 4-H members took third place overall as a team, and first place for the Brown Swiss breed: Sophia L., Isaac L., Lucia L., of Forest Hills, and Kora W. of Armstrong, coached by Joe L. of Forest Hills. Thirteen teams competed from across the state.

National 4-H Week Mark your calendars NOW and plan on joining us as we “celebrate” National 4-H Week! All WI 4-H youth and adult leaders are invited and encouraged to join us via Zoom on Tuesday, October 6 at 7 p.m. to reflect on our 2019-2020 4-H Year and look ahead to 2020-2021!! WI 4-H Staff will be sharing information about the 4-H Movement, our WI 4-H Project Tip Sheets, and more. The link will be available soon.
We acknowledge it has been a challenging year. Let’s come together to celebrate what we have learned and done and to look forward to opportunities and possibilities in the upcoming year!

4-H Gallery Awards: Exhibit Pick-UpThe 4H Gallery Award pieces are ready for pick up. The shop offers curbside pickup. Please call ahead of time, so the shop can have your item(s) ready. Then, call the Gallery and Frame shop when you are readyfor pick up, and the shop will run the items out to your car.

Virtual Officer Training- SAVE THE DATE- Thursday, October 29, 2020 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. or Tuesday, November 10, 2020 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
All officers and leaders are strongly encouraged to attend! Our 4-H Club/Group Officer Training will be held via Zoom on the evenings of Thursday, October 29, and Tuesday, November 10! Club leaders and officers should save one of these evenings for time together with other Fond du Lac and Area 4-H Members and Leaders. Our agenda will include virtual and face to face team builders that officer teams can lead, introducing the 4-H Movement, and of course break-out sessions for each officer position!

Fall Forum is an opportunity for youth and adult leaders to attend the statewide training weekend with county and state staff. Planned by a team of youth and adult volunteers from the Wisconsin 4-H Leaders Council with the support of county and state staff; we hope you will promote to youth and adult leaders in your county!
When: November 6-7, 2020
Who: Youth and adults across the state are encouraged to join us.

Meeting Michigan: Fall Virtual Exchange
Open to all 4-H Youth Ages 12 and up Virtual Meetings With Youth From Michigan 4-H
First Exchange Meeting via Zoom: Thursday, October 8, from 6 pm to 7 pm
We have a fun opportunity for you to learn more about youth involved in 4‐H in another state! If you are a 4-H youth member who has completed sixth grade and up, join us for a virtual exchange with 4-H youth from Michigan. You will have the opportunity to learn more about their state, their 4‐H program, how they are different, and similarities in their 4-H program. Each youth will have an opportunity to lead an icebreaker, whole group discussion, breakout room, or the reflection over the 6 Zoom meetings. Planning will begin at the first meeting.

4-H Conversation Corner: OctoberJoin the Conversation! Calling all 4-H Club and Project Leaders!!
Each month we will be offering a different Conversation Corner topic! Club and Project Leaders from Fond du Lac, Ozaukee, and Washington County are invited to join these one hour, optional, Zoom meetings. The conversations are an opportunity for leaders to ask questions, brainstorm with other leaders, and share ideas!
Our October topic is the “WI 4-H Movement.” Pick a date and time that works for you. Register now for one of our three sessions!
