February 12th was Darwin's 206th birthday and our annual Bake a Cake for Darwin contest (part of FestEVOLVE). We had lots of evolution-themed cakes and they were all so beautiful and creative that it was hard to destroy them by eating them. But we did. And they were delicious. Thanks to everyone who came and an extra special thanks to those who made the fabulous edible scientific art!!! See more photos on our Flickr page.
