Dear Apptio User:

Thank you for using Apptio's Bill-of-IT, our new automated easy-to-access online billing system. ISC Finance previously sent manual invoices via email on an annual, quarterly, and/or monthly schedule (depending on the service). Now you have a consolidated view of multiple invoices for different servces in one combined interface each month for the previous month's charges. 

Did You Know?

  • You can export data from Apptio Bill-of-IT to Microsoft Excel for further review and analysis.

  • Bill-of-IT features a robust and graphical dashboard that shows critical data and trends such as YTD invoiced amount for top five services. For example:
