Camp Outer Limits - our traditional summer day camp held at the Mills Park Middle School
Camp Outer Limits Extras - our traditional summer day camp with added themes and field trips, held at Mills Park Middle School
Camp Outer Limits CILTS - for older campers in leadership training (grades 9 and 10) at Mills Park Middle School
Camp Expedition - our traditional outdoor summer day camp with field trips ending at 3:30 p.m. daily, located at Mills Park Middle School
Kindercamp (ages 3 - rising K) and Wee Camp (ages 2 - 3) - half-day camps for our littlest campers at the Northwest Cary Y
Sports Camp - specialized camps for soccer, jump rope, basketball, flag football, volleyball and more at the Northwest Cary Y
Camp G.R.A.C.E. - a day camp designed for children with Pervasive Developmental Disorders (PDD), Autism Spectrum Disorder, and other special needs at the Northwest Cary Y

Volunteers are essential to making Swim for Life possible this spring. We’re seeking strong swimmers who are comfortable in the water and available for all sessions over a three-week period to help more than 225 children and adults gain lifesaving water-safety skills and confidence. Thanks to ongoing support from Delta Air Lines, these sessions are offered at no cost to participants.

Our Y Health programs are physician-referred, evidence-based programs that support individuals managing pre-diabetes, high blood pressure, cancer recovery, weight management and fall prevention, offering expert guidance and a community of peers. A doctor’s referral is required.

All teens are invited to attend Career Night, hosted by the Northwest Cary Y Leaders Club on March 9 from 6:30 - 8 p.m. in the Lighthouse at the Northwest Cary Y. This special event gives teens the opportunity to participate in mock interviews, receive helpful tips and feedback, learn resume‑building advice and network with professionals from a variety of career fields. We hope to see your teen there for an evening of growth, learning and connection.
