Hello!
I'd like to take a moment to thank you/your team for how well our two floors (Advisors offices and common areas) have been taken care of recently.
We've noticed the nighttime crew's cleaning has improved - and in frequency. Aaron in particular, is pleasant to connect with and doing a great job during the day.
Just wanted to share!
Regards,
Lisa Van Liefde
Office Manager, Executive Assistant to Melanie Jones, Sr. Director

Dear Work Control Center,
Many thanks to Brandon for taking care of this promptly (Description: Strange clicking in office)! The clicking issue seems to be solved.
Best,
Darren

They were fantastic. I particularly liked that Kevin Farthing and the grounds crew leadership proactively prepared for the inclement weather and were able to respond more quickly and effectively as a result. Kudos to their whole team!
Thank you,
Shawn Kahl
Director - Facilities Operations

Kevin,
I wanted to say a heartfelt thank you to you and your teams! I feel your crews' preparations and equipment investments for inclement winter weather response were proven as top-tier today.
I just walked through campus observing pedestrian snow routes and was only able to observe this route between HEDCO and CSB as still partly snow-covered.
Kudos to a job very well done; and better done than what UO's been able to accomplish in some past circumstances.
Best,
Steve Stuckmeyer
Director EHS

Unit(s): Work Control Center | Building Operations and Maintenance
Work control and CPFM are consistently prompt, professional, and helpful with all our needs. For this ticket, Jeff Clark is always a pleasure to work with and makes sure our problems are taken care of and provides consistent and clear communication. The one area I think some areas of CPFM could work on is communicating, particularly when they first look at an issue and when the work is completed. We do appreciate the restored functionality of the system that notifies you when a work order is completed.

Collaborations Lead to Enhanced Success on the UO Natural Areas |
|
|
You may have noticed some recent changes on the Willamette River Natural Area (WRNA)! On Feb. 8th , 27 student volunteers removed ~7 cubic yards of invasives blackberries and ivy. While visiting the WRNA, envision the 120+ pin flags becoming the future homes of native pollinator and wildlife friendly plants during our first tree planting on March 1st (10am-1pm).

|
Keep your eyes out for upcoming collaborations with the Landscaping and Grounds crew including an Action Plan to enhance the millrace, joint restoration parties with volunteers, and piloting electric landscaping tools!

Eric Santiago and Steven McCoy from our Maintenance Support crew took advantage of the nice weather to get in a roof cleaning at Millrace before the next rain.
