Good morning! Several events will impact traffic and parking across main campus next week. Renewals for parking permits are available; CCIT celebrates the recent cohort of its Emerging Leaders Institute.

Faculty and staff should expect traffic and parking impacts next week due to several events, including Summer II move-in, NewSpring Gauntlet summer camp and the Morgan Wallen concerts in Memorial Stadium.
|
- Parking lots across campus will open to concertgoers at 10 a.m. on Friday, June 26. Supervisors are encouraged to work with employees to assess whether traffic and parking impacts may affect in-person work on Friday and, when appropriate, consider flexible work options.

Clemson Computing and Information Technology (CCIT) celebrated the completion of the second year of the CCIT Emerging Leaders Institute, a structured leadership development program designed to strengthen the division’s leadership pipeline and invest in employees across CCIT.

This week, Clemson's annual Hidden History Camp immersed elementary school campers in history, archaeology, genealogy and technology through hands-on activities. Campers took campus tours, made crafts and pottery, and practiced archery, among many other experiences.

Doctoral candidate Shalini Etukuri learned about farming from her parents, who are both teachers and farmers. Through her involvement in agricultural work, she learned the value of hard work, patience and community as she conducts research to support the future of sustainable agriculture.

- The city of Clemson will close College Avenue to vehicle traffic at the intersection of College Avenue and Highway 93 from Monday, June 22, through Thursday, June 25, at noon. This closure is due to work on the Downtown Streetscape project.
