Final 2019-20 Belongings Pickup Date

Thank you to all who attended one of our four belongings pickup dates during the last two weeks in July. That said, we still have MANY items that were not retrieved.
We have planned one last day to pick up items after which any remaining items will be DONATED or DISCARDED so that we can prepare our spaces for student use.  Please ask a friend or neighbor to pick up your items if you are unavailable to attend on this final retrieval day.
Final Belongings Pickup Day: Wednesday, August 19, 11 a.m.- 1p.m.
All K-7 items from this past school year have been consolidated by grade in the Dragons’ Den in Hubbard Hall (Lower School). The retrieval process is as follows:
  • Please have your carpool placard in your car windshield. It would be helpful if you would write your child(ren)’s grade(s) from this PAST school year in magic marker on the placard.
  • All families should proceed to the GREEN LOOP between Hubbard Hall and Singleton Hall and stop at the right curb of the Lower School Hubbard Hall by the Dragons’ Den.
    • Please stay in your car as gloved/masked staff members will confirm your child(ren)'s name(s) and grade(s) and will bring items to your car and place them in your trunk.
  • Should you have items to return, drive around to the entrance of Singleton Hall where return bins will be placed. Exit your car and RETURN to the School any textbooks (like sixth grade science and social studies books), library books, school calculators, athletic uniforms, and any borrowed Lower School Chromebooks with charging cords. (Rising 7th and 8th graders should keep their Chromebooks.) LABEL ALL RETURNED ITEMS with your child's name.
