CREATIVE INQUIRY; DIVISION OF RESEARCH

On April 3-5, hundreds of Clemson students gathered at the Watt Family Innovation Center to share their research at the 19th annual Focus on Creative Inquiry (FoCI) Poster Forum. Projects from every college were presented on various topics from rocketry engineering to artificial intelligence and contemporary art.

Clemson Home will host its annual cookout next Thursday, April 25, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Carillon Gardens. The event is open to all students, faculty and staff and features free food, music, games and giveaways. Schilletter Dining Hall will be closed during the event, but patrons can enjoy a BBQ and burrito bowl buffet, Haymaker Coffee, Rocky Top Pop's popcorn and Wainani Shave Ice at the cookout.

The Faculty Representative to the Board is recognized as the official representative of the faculty and is granted privileges beyond those accorded to visitors to the Board’s meetings. Candidate materials will be accepted through April 30, and the selection will be announced no later than May 14. For more information, contact the Faculty Senate office.

Sponsored by the Drug Enforcement Administration, the bi-annual event allows anyone to return unused or expired prescription medications for safe and proper disposal. The event will occur on Saturday, April 27, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at CUPD’s substation in the Hub at Douthit Hills, next to the University bookstore.
