I’ve been a member of the EO “Family” since 2015 when my business partner,
Noah Rosenfarb, an EO South Florida member, suggested that I join EO Accelerator. My company continued to grow and in 2017 I “graduated” to EO. In addition to once in a lifetime EO activities from Scotland, Bali and Cebu, I can honestly say that I haven’t made a significant decision in my company and personal life without the consultation, advice and support of the community of EO members I have been so lucky to become part of.
My involvement with EO has given me unbelievable opportunities to work alongside amazing entrepreneurs on the EO Board and Accelerator Boards. This year I’ve taken on the role of Accelerator Chair and have been extremely lucky to have EO members
Dan Emery,
Aaron Kim,
Dominic Piccirillo, and
Tom Conlon work with me on the board to make this year a huge success. In fact, dozens of EO members have contributed in various ways to
EO Accelerator including on the board, as accountability coaches, keynote speakers and panelist speakers at Accelerator Learning Days, sponsors, as well as just attending and bringing their unique knowledge and insight to the Accelerator members at learning and social events. This year’s coaches included
DJ Van Styrum, Danny Mizrahi, Peter Ward, Greg Bovitz, Heather Willems, Jeff Halevy, Boris Rozman, Greg Galant, Aaron Kim and Dan Emery. Our EO Member keynote and panelists included Daniella Koren, Lauren Boyer, Gregory Galant, Sam Lundin, Dan Emery, Taylor Trusty, Domenic Romano, Bruce Eckfeldt, Raj Thakkar, and
Joe Apfelbaum. There are probably others so if I missed you, please accept my apologies!
EO members participate in Accelerator for a variety of reasons but I think in addition to just enjoying interacting with an additional group of entrepreneurs who are looking to grow their businesses and are aligned to the values of EO they enjoy the opportunity to guide and help some amazing founders as they grow, or should I say “accelerate”, into the next level of business! If you are interested in seeing what’s happening in EO Accelerator I would encourage you to come to the
Accelerator Whiskey Tasting Event @ Soho House on May 7th. The registration link is on the EO website
here.
However, EO Accelerator isn’t just amazing social events, EO Accelerator also has five full day Learning Day events each year. The last learning day event for this EO year will be
Execution Day on May 9th. Everyone is welcome and the registration link is on the EO website here. These learning events are a full day with an EO certified moderator who will guide the participants through the Verne Harnish, Gazelle’s method as outlined in his book Scaling Up for the execution portion. Including the Rockefeller Habits Checklist and Who, What, When. Additionally there will be a keynote speaker and a panel of EO members sharing their experiences. These events are open to EO members and each quarter several EO members attend to help improve their businesses as well.
I’m proud of the growth of my company and the early growth had a lot to do with my 2 years in EO Accelerator and I’m happy to be able to help the newest members achieve those same goals. If you know any business owners that haven’t quite reached the $1 million dollar mark do them a huge favor and suggest they check out EO Accelerator. They will have a leg up on advancing their businesses and will be one step closer to joining EO when they do hit the $1 million mark!
