Common Hour to Build Community

IUP has established a Common Hour on weekdays from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., which—to the extent possible—is free of classes. Guidelines suggest use of the hour for faculty/staff and student-group meetings, office hours, and community-building activities on set days of the week. Read more about the Common Hour and two planned university-wide events.
FOR STUDENTS AND ADVISORS
The Madia Department of Chemistry, Biochemistry, Physics, and Engineering is hiring students for laboratory prep work, stockroom assistance, research, and more at $14 per hour. Federal work-study is required.
